That's an old story - but it's great, I love the photos, and I like to share with people! (plus I've mentioned that to someone not too long ago but I can't remember whom -- so whoever you are, I hope you're reading this post :)
In August 2005, a Bristol street artist, Banksy, painted a series of 9 paintings on the apartheid wall in the West Bank. They are GREAT.
He paints ladders, he paints balloons, he paints what the world outside the wall should be.
