You may have read my post on the Not a mosque that's not at ground zero. I'm still equally upset, but I'll leave the talking to a few brilliant people whose contribution to the discussion should be as widely disseminated as possible.

Don't give up on Americans just yet. Fortunately, we're not ALL bigots, and plenty of us are fine with Cordoba House. The bigots and ignoramuses who appear on TV do not speak for all of us.
It's a deal, Ahab. I won't be giving up quite yet. But we need people like you to speak up! Tell the ignoramuses - and the world - that Americans are still what we always thought they were!
